Mission Accomplished

After a week plus, I have finished reading the book called EAT PRAY LOVE by Elizabeth Gilbert. I feel like I have accomplished another thing in my life. Haha. Sounds serious? And someone might wonder why I took so many days to finish a book. I guess it's because I seldom read in my life. =)

After this, I wish to read more in the future. Haha. Let's keep my finger cross. It's bed time again. Sweetdreams World ^^

It's Christmas again!!

Yeahhhhh.... I did it....

I finally got offered by the company that I wanted to get in. HEHEHEHEHEE. I was grinning non-stop in the evening ever since I got the call from KK (abbrevation for my GM's name). He congratulated me thru the phone and I keep thank-ing him on the phone. Haha. I have not feeling in such way since long time ago. =)

HAR HOR MEI IS BACK!! I am going to WORK HARDERRRRRR this time. LOL.

Eat Pray Love

Yesterday, I have started to read a book called Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Gilbert.

The story is about the life of a divorce woman which is the writer herself.

Divorce sounds like a tragedy to most of us. But, somehow as I read along, I will laugh out loud and Pooi will ask what happen jie. Haha. I told her the book is really good. I hope she will read it someday, but I think the percentage is 0%. Don't get mad on jie when you read this. =p

Anyway, I am trying to finish the book 'coz I want to know the ending asap. Yesterday, I wanted to read the last page of the book first (keen to know the ending)before I get started on the first page. Haha. I'm glad I did not do it. =)

By the way, I have learnt some Italian words from the book like 'Dolce Vita', it means 'Sweet Life'. hehe. Gotta get back on reading track now. I will update you all once I have finish the book.

Tonight is the gathering of college study mates. We had a japanese dinner at Pasta Zanmai, One Utama. I'm delighted because I get to meet my friends again.

At the same time, the food makes me drooling.. Yummieee..

I'm pretty sure some of you might have the same feeling after seeing those pics. hehe.

These are the beautiful people that attended the reunion dinner. Besides, we had two special guests whom are my lovely sis and Mr. Chan (Elaine's bf). =)

After dinner, we went to a cafe nearby to continue our chatting session. At first we were having a great time. But, joyful moments only last for 15 mins. Then, we witnessed 2 guys next to our table started to fight in all of sudden. All of us stood up immediately and try to find a safe zone to cover ourselves in order to avoid any injury. We saw one of the guy was being hit badly on his head whereby half of his face was covered with blood. =S What an unpleasant scene. The staffs came up and stopped them. Not sure what they were fighting for but we decided to leave the cafe asap. Hehe.

Meanwhile, in case you were wondering what do I mean by The Mysteries of Love. It is one of the popular Hong Kong drama series. Currently my sis and I are watching the series. I have fall deeply in love with it. I love the theme song so much. It's called 直到你不找我 by 林峯.

Some media says this drama copied the stories from another Japanese series. Not sure if it's true or false. Even if it's true, I think they still make it a good series.
